How it works
1️⃣Your front desk texts or emails the guest a secure link.
2️⃣The guest or company fills the form on their phone — card details, photos of card and ID captured by camera, signature on screen.
3️⃣You receive a signed 2-page PDF authorization with a unique reference number, ready to process and ready as dispute evidence.
Card details are never stored on our servers — they go only into the signed PDF the payer sends directly to the hotel.
